Flat roof coatings transform your existing roof into “cool roofing”. There is a coating for most flat roof materials

If your flat roof is asphalt -- coatings adhere exceptionally well to asphalt, eliminating the invariable rounds of leak, then fix, leak again and fix again. Asphalt roof prices have soared, making roof replacement more costly than some coatings. Roll asphalt generally only lasts 10 years but you can add up to 20 years to that with the professional application of an acrylic membrane to the existing surface. Uncoated roll asphalt is a “hot roof” that attracts and holds in heat.

EPDM and rubber -- So-called “inner tube” roofs require specially-engineered flat roof coatings that will stick. Most often rubber is black and notoriously hot. Our “reflective” coatings can cut cooling costs by 20% immediately.

Metal -- The process of applying a coating begins with rust removal. Then a rust-proofing product is applied; seams and screws get sealed, and then the base and top coats go on. The appearance is brand new.
