We exclusively install Duradek® — which is a proven deck sealing system on home decks and patios, townhomes and condos, commercial building rooftop decks, balconies, resort facilities and large industrial areas. The manufacturer estimates there are 100 million square feet of its vinyl membrane in use all over North America. The company continues to develop and test new products and application techniques.

PVC sheet vinyl is factory engineered for strength, stability and slip-resistance. It replaces old liquids applied for waterproofing, or products to put on top of concrete as deck sealing. Both older techniques break down, creating leaks, requiring expensive repairs, a lot of maintenance, and an unsightly appearance. It became unacceptable to property owners and builders.
This is a waterproofing solution, not a stop-gap deck sealing. The sheets are made of PVC which has been factory-reinforced with strong fabric. During installation, the sheets are overlapped, and then heat welded together for a lasting watertight seam. Once we have installed your foot-traffic-tested vinyl deck membrane, you will know that even your most difficult leakage issues have been fixed.
It is virtually maintenance free. You can use a manufacturer’s product or recommended household products to wash the surface and remove any spills. The vinyl can be sprayed with a hose and power washed to manufacturer specifications.
Yes, PVC vinyl is green
It is important to us, because it is important to you, to use a product that is environmentally-friendly.

1. You avoid tearing off your existing deck and replacing it. That debris is not dumped in a landfill.
2. Application is once. Traditional sealant chemicals must be reapplied every 3 or 4 years. That’s gas to get crews back and forth, and products frequently manufactured (requiring more energy and chemicals).
3. Old products can leach into groundwater.
4. Old deck sealing compounds create fumes that pollute the air.
5. Yes, PVC is a fossil fuel-based product. But it beats traditional processes because so much less energy is used in installation and due to its long life.
