From childhood exposure to farm applications of Conklin agronomics and lubricant products, Delmarva Roofing & Coating partners Sheldon Swartzentruber and Verle Schlabach started their company with just a Conklin coating system, but now offer a full range of Metal Roof MR System, Foam & Coatings and Hy-Crown Hypalon® and Flexion® (a PVC/Elvaloy Membrane roofing system).

In 1995, Sheldon and Verle introduced DURADEK® to their product/service lineup and now devote a considerable portion of their business to supporting their full-time crews that install this superior high-style decking protective product to (both new construction and renovated) small residential and large industrial and corporate outdoor living areas.

“We are different from the typical roofing business where roofers go out into the market, find a different product for each job, scramble together some training on how to use and apply the product, and then install it,” says Sheldon. “We start with the best. We’re trained to use and install these superior Conklin products. We can answer any customer questions about them, and are happy to provide fully transparent information on product features and benefits,” adds Verle.
