DRC installs a complete waterproofing system for EPDM/Mod-Bit roofs that significantly improves the building's energy efficiency. During the restoration process, each problem area is systematically addressed, repaired, and resealed. Then the entire roof is sealed with a reflective finish coat that cools the roofing surface, reducing the damaging effects of thermal shock and UV degradation. Recommended for application over these surfaces: aged Mod-Bit roofs, aged mechanically-fastened EPDM membranes, and aged fully-adhered EPDM membranes.
